Tell us what is happening
Submit the short form and add photos if available. Tell us the service needed, a short problem description, when you first noticed the issue, and whether it is active now.

Confirm the scope
Charlito follows up, assesses the job, and prepares a written quote. If a site visit is needed before quoting, that is arranged with you first.

Approve before work starts
The scope, price, timing and payment stages are agreed in writing. No extra work is carried out without your written approval.

Receive the job record
Completed work is documented with project notes and photos. Before, during and completion photos show exactly what was done.
